Portal 47
Materials: mylar emergency blankets, led lights acrylic box and mirrors
Dimensions: 6’x4’
Installation - This work lights up, pulses and changes color. The piece cast light that ripples through the reflective surfaces. The infinity mirror in the center is hung 5’ high which prompts the viewer to accommodate themselves to the piece in order to see their reflection. Portal 47 is a site specific piece and was included in Different Names (for the same thing) @ The Martin.
